I'm driven to empower our youth, strengthen a family bond and create lasting memories that outlive our own with my gift of photography, because as a child I felt invisible in my family. Sure I have snapshots of me as a child and even a few small prints but nothing was in view so my perception of myself was what I heard from others and it was not the truth. We never once had family portraits done and we were never really a family unit with a loving bond. My desire is to be sure every child feels the love of their family during our portrait adventures and can see that love in the portraits I create that will forever hang on the walls of their homes for generations. So as to never forget themselves or their legacy. So a child can look up and see themselves as they are and not as someone at school or on the playground might make them feel. You are special, you are loved, and you are enough!

I was born in Germany due to dad being in the military. We lived in several states over the years including Kentucky, Texas and Louisiana. I've also lived in other states as an adult. I have traveled parts of Europe, parts of the UK, Aruba and will head to Australia soon. Where have you been that you think I should go?
obsessed with travel
I fell in love with koala's first, in 4th grade. I brought everything home and wanted to save them all. I once brought home an armadillo, my mother was not excited. While in Texas I worked in rescue with photography, fostering, outreach education, training and volunteering in other ways. That is when I learned the horrible reality of pets in "rescue". I adopted 4 and loved them all. Saphira, Eragon, Sunshine & Clyde. I now use my talents and expertise to raise funds for animals and support organizations that are looking to save, help, improve and change the country for animals and animal welfare.
I love animals
This has always been a big part of who I am. I truly value the long-standing friendships in my life, and I’m just as excited about the new ones that come from putting myself out there. Whether that’s networking in the community, collaborating with other local businesses, or simply meeting someone who feels like an instant friend. I love connecting people, sharing ideas, and building relationships that are genuine and lasting, because to me, life (and business) is better when it’s built on meaningful connections.
